I’ve gone here for the past maybe 2-3 months. In this time they’ve messed up multiple of my appointments. First: I came to get a cleaning. They did X-rays. I am missing a tooth so they got me approved for my partial denture. Wisdom teeth removal. Deep cleaning. I schedule when I leave, for an EXTRACTION. they take imprints to make the mold of my denture. They tell me they can’t do the denture until I get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. I schedule the extraction. I confirm the appointment the day before. For an extraction. Of wisdom teeth. I get my kids taken care of for a few days. I get my boyfriend to take time off work. I take time off work. We go to the dentist. They check me in for an extraction. I sit down. FOR OVER AN HOUR. They call me back into the room. I sit down for another 15 minutes. Some lady comes and says “we don’t do extractions here” and “you didn’t schedule an appointment for an extraction. You’re here for a deep cleaning and an imprint for your partial denture.” I said I needed to speak to the dr. She comes in. Lo and behold they do extractions and then they took my wisdom teeth. I go to leave I schedule a “final try in” and am told that I get to take the den

I was almost in tears when I left my appointment today!! I found out that they had got me approved to get my teeth fixed for 0$ I have went years with an ugly smile and teeth problems and to know that they will help me means the world! Everyone is kind and caring, from the hygienists to the doctor. Also, this practice is almost exclusively staffed by women of color, which I find refreshing. I have issues regarding fears about some dental procedures, but the staff here have been very understanding and flexible. I highly recommend them!

Got right in with emergency toothache. I had KP as my dentist, and she was wonderful. Very compassionate, very supportive, it was a great visit. I will be going back. The front desk girl was also very nice and helpful!

The Dr. was very gentle and patient with me. Her assistant was kind and patient as well. My appointment was on time I was in and out and within 45 minutes. During the procedure the Dr. discussed what she would be doing with each step. Thank you for making this experience a gentle one.
